ITOPA’s Covid19 Protocols - What to expect when attending an ITOPA event.
In accordance with Ontario government provincial health guidelines, effective March 21, 2022, the Ingersoll Theatre of Performing Arts will no longer require proof of vaccine or masking to enter its facility. We continue to adhere to and respect current government guidelines related to Covid precautions. ITOPA is re-opening to 100% capacity. When capacity levels allow, ITOPA will accommodate patrons who would prefer to sit apart from other guests as best we can. Volunteer ushers will be equipped with up-to-date seating charts at all performances, and will be happy to escort patrons to unoccupied seats for greater distancing.
Out of an abundance of caution, we strongly encourage all who enjoy the theatre experience to continue to wear a mask, and be fully vaccinated. However, in line with provincial guidelines, we will not be requiring masking or proof of vaccination for patrons, cast, volunteers, and board members.
Hand sanitization stations will continue to be available. ITOPA will continue its ongoing stringent cleaning and disinfection procedures.
It is recommended patrons arriving at the theatre to try to avoid lineups and congestion in the lobby. Please wait patiently, have your tickets inhand to have them checked in,
and then proceed to your seat.
MATINEE performances - doors open at 1:30 pm
EVENING performances - doors open at 7:00pm
CONCESSION – Will now be open.
STAIRLIFT- This will be available. Please let us know at check in, and you will be assisted to your reserved seats. After the show, those who require the stair lift are asked to remain in their seats until the auditorium is cleared, and you will be assisted out.
ITOPA Covid protocols will be updated according to the Ontario Health Department guidelines. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR MEMBERS AND PATRONS ARE A TOP PRIORITY FOR ITOPA
