Murder at Westchester Playhouse: An Immersive Murder Mystery Fundraiser Event

Time: 7:30pm-9:30pm

When a shocking death brings a beloved playhouse production to an abrupt halt, everyone becomes a suspect. As accusations fly and secrets are revealed, you’ll have the chance to investigate the crime, interrogate the suspects, uncover the clues, and determine who committed the ultimate theatrical crime.
Come dressed to impress as your favorite character from a musical or play, grab a drink, gather your fellow detectives, and prepare for an evening of live entertainment where nothing—and no one—is quite what they seem.

Join us for an interactive murder mystery fundraiser supporting our brand new youth program, Kentwood Rising Stars, coming Summer 2027.

EVENING ORDER

7:00pm Doors Open

7:30pm We begin the evening with a short play to introduce our suspects and the murder.

8:00pm The show will end. Gather your detectives and walk through the playhouse to interrogate suspects on your own. Then, make your best guess of who the murderer is!

9:00pm Back on the stage, our intrepid detective will reveal who dunnit!

OTHER

• Concessions will be available for sale, including beer & wine, soft drinks, water, cookies, chips, and other handheld items
• Party-style games will be available for those looking to kill (pun-intended) some time
• Costume Contest: There will be a costume contest with small prizes. Dress up as your favorite character from a play or musical!

Please note that while this event is intended to be family friendly, there are mild depictions of murder, blood and violence that may be frightening for young children. Parental discretion is recommended.
