Pat Hull is a singer and songwriter from Connecticut; he is currently based out of Chico, CA.
"Pat Hull's lyrically and vocally charged songwriting "goes in the direction of gently reinventing the genre rather than obeying its exhausted axioms" -Deli Magazine.
"Pat Hull has the greatest voice that you probably haven’t heard. The 60’s pop singer androgyny of his pipes work gorgeously in a indie folk/rock landscape, so this album, as well as his back catalogue, are absolutely worth a deep dive. His gentle folk missives feel like a time capsule to a lost era, or one that has yet to happen." (Nerdist)
Do-It-Ourselves Fest brings unique experiences with music, art, and community to the central coast of California. Nestled near the summit of a redwood-forested mountainside, the festival grounds are located about 15 miles north of Santa Cruz. With 3 intimate stages, a swimming pool, several hiking trails, a running creek through lower campgrounds, and panoramic views of the Santa Cruz Mountains. There’s no better setting for a weekend celebration of art and music. DIO Fest is a family friendly event, admission is free for kids 12 and under.

Nick Jaina is coming to Boulder Creek to offer another writing workshop. These workshops are a great time to break through the frozen parts of your creative heart. Many of us are lacking in courage about writing honestly about our lives. It is difficult to move forward when we think it is all pointless, or will unleash something ugly. Nick offers students a safe place to start getting momentum in our creative lives.
Nick believes in building from the small, starting with the tiny things in the world that catch our eye, and exploring why they are appealing to us. From there it is a search for the thread that pulls us along into a world of compelling writing. This is all accessible to everyone, even those who don't consider themselves writers. What is valuable about everyone is their unique perspecitve on the world, and their willingness to speak about it honestly.
Come write with us and strengthen your confidence in that perspective.

The Lowest Pair features the duel banjo picking of Kendl Winter and Palmer T. Lee. Draped in Kendl’s high lonesome harmonies and Palmer’s Midwest croon, their debut release, 36¢, (Team Love Records) was hailed by many outlets and American Songwriter praised their ”earnest, earthy songcraft.” [Read More...]
"With their bare-bones instrumentation and country-inspired, heartstring-tugging narratives, The Lowest Pair might be one of the best under-the-radar Americana duos today." -PASTE MAGAZINE, Hillary Saunders

With a celestial voice and lyrics only an old soul can write, singer/songwriter Olivia Millerschin is racking up the accolades. Most recently, Olivia’s blend of vintage folk and modern pop earned her a second John Lennon Songwriting Award and the opportunity to showcase her music with a mainstage performance at NAMM 2018. She was a quarter finalist on America’s Got Talent, won the Great American Song Contest, is featured on Republic Records soundtrack to Mitch Albom’s latest novel alongside musical greats Ingrid Michaelson and Tony Bennett, and has music placed in national and international film and tv. Produced in Brooklyn and Detroit, the album mirrors the grit and hopefulness of both cities and reflects her quest to “look both ways” as she relishes in the good while proceeding with caution in a complex music industry and world.
Just 22 years old, Olivia played more than 250 shows in 2017 spanning from Los Angeles to London. A talented multi-instrumentalist, she plays the ukulele, piano and guitar in addition to singing and songwriting. Olivia has toured internationally with Sawyer Fredericks, Howie Day, Tyler Hilton, Ryan Cabrera and Orla Gartland, and has performed at nearly 100 US colleges and a myriad of venues. Self-described as “top end of mediocre, low end of fabulous,” Olivia’s fun and vibrant personality makes her audience feel right at home. Whether performing at a local coffee shop or Radio City Music Hall, Olivia Millerschin warms hearts and touches souls.
