LOFT’s signature fundraising event helps support vital programs for people living with complex mental health issues who are homelesness and alone. Proceeds provide unwavering support and hope, and a dignified life for everyone.
Join us and enjoy some of the best performers Toronto has to offer -- from opera to pop– in the outstanding acoustics of St. James Cathedral. You may even get to sing-along.
When you purchase a ticket, you help people in need to get off the streets and start their journey to recovery. Please join us.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
If you have any questions, please call LOFT at 416-979-1994 ext. #2033 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you transfer your ticket, please ask the attendee to bring the ticket to the event. The tax receipt for the receiptable part of the ticket (see next question about tax receipting) will be issued to your name.
Do I receive a tax receipt for my ticket?
Any amount you donate in addition to the base ticket price of $40 will be recognized with a tax receipt. If you purchase a $100 Patron ticket, $60 is receiptable. For the $250 Benefactor ticket, $210 is receiptable. Benefactor tickets also include an invitation to our post-concert reception at The Albany Club with the performers. General tickets are $40 and therefore do not qualify for a tax receipt. If you are unable to attend and wish to make a donation without purchasing a ticket, a tax receipt will be provided for the full amount of your donation.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We ask you to bring your printed ticket to the event or show it on your smartphone.
Please contact us if you have lost your ticket.
If a ticket is transferred to another person, it is mandatory for that person to bring the ticket to the event. The person who purchased the ticket should inform us about the ticket transfer.
What is the refund policy?
You can return your ticket for a refund, or donate it back for a charitable tax receipt, before Monday, December 3rd. Please call LOFT at 416-979-1994 ext. #2033 or email at email@example.com
