ACMF commemorates our 11th annual music and wine pairing concert by joining in America's 250th birthday celebrations. Works by Florence Price, Amanda Harberg, Samuel Barber, and George Gershwin highlight the varied tapestry of American sounds developed over the course of nation's history, including Barber's sentimentally beautiful Knoxville: Summer of 1915 and Gershwin's singularly joyous Rhapsody in Blue. Our expertly curated wine pairings from around the world are sure to create a multisensory experience you won't soon forget.

ACMF's first ever Family Concert brings the joy of music to audiences of all ages with a program specially tailored to excite the imaginations of young listeners. Maurice Ravel's Mother Goose suite, arranged for two pianists, draws on the
composer's unique modernist style to retell beloved fairy tales in a language only music can speak. This work will be accompanied with readings from the fairytales by pianist Miles Fellenberg.
No piece has been as formative in the cultivation of new music lovers as Sergei Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf. With narration of the story by our own Melissa Wimbish, this new chamber version brings the adventure up close and brings the virtuosity of our ACMF artists center stage for an unforgettable outing for the whole family!

Jazz meets jam session for one unforgettable night at Bloom Haven.
Blending funk, jam, rock, and improvisational energy, Natalie Brooke brings a powerhouse live show led by her virtuosic keyboard playing and a band quickly making waves across the live music scene. Having shared the stage with acts like Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Andy Frasco, Big Something, Cris Jacobs, Doom Flamingo, Sunsquabi, and lespecial, Natalie Brooke delivers the kind of free-flowing, high-energy performance made for a summer night on the lawn.
Opening the evening is Baltimore-based jazz guitarist Ahmed Warshanna and his genre-defying trio, returning to Bloom Haven after a previous sold-out performance at Maryland Hall. Performing music from his brand new album, Warshanna brings the kind of magnetic musicianship and improvisational spirit that makes this night a must for jazz lovers, jam fans, and anyone chasing a great live music experience.

When you think "keyboard", what comes to mind? If it's a piano, you're not alone, yet the world of the keyboard encompasses far more. In this concert, you'll be treated to virtuosic displays on the marimba, harpsichord, and modern grand piano. From the startling, rebellious virtuosity of Bach's Fifth Brandenburg Concerto to the relaxed back-porch chatter of Robert Honstein's Patter, you'll be amazed at the variety of music these instruments have inspired. Of course the piano shows off its range as well, spanning the virtuosic sweep of Fanny Mendelssohn's Piano Trio with the atmospheric, wind-blended colors of Kanji Bunch's Summer Hours. You'll leave with a fresh perspective on the possibilities of the keyboard.

A small group, thinking big: On our final concert of 2026, you'll hear chamber musicians exploring one of the supreme orchestral playgrounds, in our own version of Mozart's magisterial "Jupiter" Symphony (no conductors, of course!) The concert's opening half will also feature several lushly scored works for large chamber ensemble by Lutoslawski, Coleman and Poulenc that chronicle movement, joy and festivities. Join us and experience how ACMF combines the emotional immediacy of chamber music with a symphonic sweep!

Bluegrass, fiddles, pickin’, and one big birthday bash celebration on the lawn. Bloom Haven’s “Road to Baygrass” is bringing the spirit of an old-fashioned pick-nic to Annapolis.
Hosted by Sarah Larsen of the Black-Eyed Suzies in celebration of her birthday, this all-day gathering blends live music, community, and the kind of easygoing summer atmosphere Bloom Haven is becoming known for. Expect lawn chairs, dancing, jam circles, surprise collaborations, and plenty of moments that feel straight out of a backyard bluegrass gathering.
The day features performances by Danny Paisley & the Southern Grass, Seth Mitchell Band, and the Folk Villains plus open-stage performances throughout the day featuring local musicians and pickers sharing songs, traditions, and spontaneous jams between sets. Whether you’re a lifelong bluegrass fan or simply looking for a feel-good summer hang filled with music and community, this is one of the season’s most joyful gatherings.
