Membership Pricing:

If you are a current OFS member with an up-to-date membership, your discount will automatically apply after you have logged in. If your membership is not current, please renew it first to receive your discount.

Refunds:

When the artist or venue cancels an event, refunds may be issued for the face value of each ticket. This does not include the ticketing fees listed below.

If you cannot attend due to illness or scheduling issues, you may resell or redirect your tickets to another person; refunds will not be issued.

Ticket Fees:

Preservation Amount: This fee helps maintain and repair the theater.

Service Amount: This fee is a third-party fee for conducting cash and credit/debit card ticket purchases.

Covid -19 guidelines:

Beginning July 1, 2022, OFS will no longer require proof of vaccination. OFS encourages and recommends staying home if you feel sick or if planning to attend an event, wear a mask over your nose and mouth while in the Capitol Theateren attending a performance at the Capitol Theater. We ask that all audience members be respectful of each other’s choices.
