A Theatre Orangeville Mainstage Production
From Playwright Mark Crawford
Brett and Drew want to move out of their tiny downtown apartment, but they just lost their seventh bidding war in Toronto.
When Brett unexpectedly inherits the historic family home in a quiet tourist town, the couple decides to leave the city and open a B&B. But when the boys face friction in their new community, they discover the simple life is more complicated than they thought.
With dozens of hilarious characters all portrayed by two men, Bed and Breakfast is a heartfelt comedy about “ being out” in a small town, skeletons in the closet, and finding a place to call home.

| I'm in Love with Your Sister
A Theatre Orangeville Mainstage Production
World Premiere Comedy by Norm Foster
I’m in Love With Your Sister, is as precise a synopsis of this story as there can possibly be.
What’s the play about you ask?
Well, it’s about a guy who falls in love with a woman who just happens to be the sister of the woman he is currently living with.
Well, that sounds awkward. Yes.
That’s because it is awkward. Most comedies stem from some kind of awkwardness.
But how does this happen? Is there an explanation? Yes.
There is a triggering incident that sets the wheels in motion, and when you see the story unfold on stage, it seems quite logical. And funny. Most importantly, it’s funny. And awkward. But funny | Buy Tickets |

A single, transformative idea: that rivers are not mere matter for human use, but
living beings, who should be recognized as such in both imagination and law.
Three river journeys:
- The first is to northern Ecuador, where a miraculous cloud-forest and its rivers
- are threatened with destruction by Canadian gold-mining.
- The second is to the wounded rivers, creeks and lagoons of southern India,
- where a desperate battle to save the lives of these waterbodies is underway.
- The third is to northeastern Quebec, where a spectacular wild river—the
- Mutehekau or Magpie—is being defended from death by damming in a river-rights
- campaign led by an extraordinary Innu poet and leader called Rita Mestokosho.
Is A River Alive? is at once a literary work of art, a rallying cry and a catalyst for
change. It is a book that will open hearts, spark debates and challenge perspectives. | Buy Tickets |
