An American Family Christmas!


Join the Peoria Area Civic Chorale and guests December 13-15 for our next presentation of An American Family Christmas!

The repertoire will feature some of retiring Artistic Director and Conductor Dr. Joseph D. Henry’s favorite Christmas music! Hear reimagined versions of favorite Christmas songs like “Hark the Herald Angels Sing,” “Go Tell It On the Mountain,” and many other sacred and secular favorites!

The Peoria Area Civic Chorale Youth Chorus and a high school winners of the chorale’s Young Artist competition will perform during each concert date. A Junior High Festival Chorus comprised of 6-8th graders from local Central Illinois schools will perform on Friday night only.

Get into the Yuletide spirit with beautiful music from classical carols and secular holiday favorites! It just isn’t Christmas until you’ve experienced the Peoria Area Civic Chorale’s “An American Family Christmas!”

Sing On!

Join the Peoria Area Civic Chorale, the Peoria Area Civic Chorale Youth Chorus, and the Children’s Festival Chorus for Artistic Director and Conductor Dr. Joseph D. Henry’s final concert series. The concert will feature some of Dr. Henry’s favorite musical selections from nearly four decades.

The Peoria Area Civic Chorale Youth Chorus will sing at each performance and a Children’s Festival Chorus will sing during the Friday, May 2 performance only.

Season Tickets:

Purchase a ticket for the Christmas and Spring show in the same transaction and receive a $2 discount per ticket.
