But the bargain is not what it seems, and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends, Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull and Sebastian the crab to restore order under the sea. PLT does not have a dedicated parking lot, but there is plenty of parallel parking and lot parking within walking distance. Mind the pay-to-park signs and 24 hour towing signs. No weapons or firearms are permitted inside of The Clark Family Cultural Center. No refunds will be issued if a patron chooses not to abide by this policy.
