Tickets purchased online are held for you at the Will Call window of the box office with pickup available immediately prior to the show you are attending.
Comp tickets cannot be used online - call 269-429-0400.
Online ticket sales for shows ends 2 hours prior to event. Tickets may still be available at the door.
Ticket holders are guaranteed admission until ten minutes prior to curtain time, at which time seats may be released and tickets voided in the event of a sold-out performance. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for released/voided tickets.

Flex Pass Holders
Season Flex Pass codes are emailed to you after purchase of a Flex Pass.
Your passcode is a letter number combination. If you cannot locate your passcode, please call the box office to order your tickets.
Redeem your flex pass online by clicking Buy Tickets to your desired shows, select your seats. On the final page, enter your flex pass passcode (not your account password) into the Code box and click Apply. Flex Passes are good for Mainstage Shows only.
