Understudies: Summer Youth Theatre Camp Registration

VCT has worked with Dakota Players for over 20 years to bring theater opportunities to our young actors. Two actor/ directors work with our youth to craft a special show written in South Dakota.

Ages: Completing K-8

Dates: June 9-12: 10:00am-2:30 pm*

   June 13: 1:00pm until after the performance**

Performance: June 13 at 6:30 pm
Admission: 5-Adult.....$5.00 at door
Location: Vermillion High School Thomas H. Craig Performing Arts Center

Registration is limited to 50 Actors!

Boys and Girls Club will provide transportation for their members.

*Free Hot School Lunch Provided

Understudies: Improv Acting Workshop

VCT has worked with Dakota Players for over 20 years to bring theater opportunities to our young actors. Two theater artists from the Dakota Players will teach the basics of costuming and the costume design process for a show.

Ages: Completing K-8

Date: June 14 at 11:00am

Location: Vermillion Public Library

Registration is limited to 30 Actors!

This workshop is separate from the Summer Youth Theater Camp but will use the same leaders. Campers and non-campers may register.

Actors may register for one or both workshops.
