From the moment his tall, red-and-white-striped hat appears around the door, Sally and her brother know that The Cat in the Hat is the funniest, most mischievous cat that they have ever met. With the trickiest of tricks and the craziest of ideas, he is certainly loads of fun. He turns a rainy afternoon into an amazing adventure –but what will Mother find when she gets home?

"Dr. Seuss's The Cat in the Hat is a timeless classic, and we are excited to bring this iconic children's book to life,” says WCCD Theatre Director Ben Lundy. “The production is fast-paced, family-friendly fun for all ages!

On a wet and dreary day, the Cat in the Hat arrives to show us how to play—and clean up our mess before Mother comes home!”
