| POTTERY - YEAR ROUND | 12:00 - 2pm | Learn the unique pottery techniques that North Carolina's Appalachian potters have been using for generations. This technique uses slabs of clay and dimensional surface textures, to create pieces that could never be produced using a potter's wheel.

| SINGPHONY - SEPT - DEC & JAN - APRIL | 4:45 - 6pm | Singphony is a treble chorus open to girls and boys (unchanged voices) in the community (4th - 8th grade) who like to sing and perform. Chorus will be a fun place to build relationships, develop musical skills and learn an variety of music. The chorus will sing for community events and also have concerts & performances at Gateway.

| YOGA - YEAR ROUND - TUES/THURS | 11 - 12pm | Tuesdays: Vinyasa flow - A flow of movements using the breath to connect to the boyd. Build strength and stability, detoxify the body, burn calories and gain flexiblitiy. Beginner to intermediate.
Thursdays: Gentle Vinyasa Flow - Targeting slow gentle movement, breath work, and flexibility. The therapeutic approach of this class aims to reduce pain and inflammation, increase circulation and imprve function and range of motion.

Melted crayon projects explode with color as students learn what happens when wax is heated. Create sun catchers, drip candles and other waxy creations. Campers will melt colored wax and watch it rain on canvas to create one-of-a-kind pieces.

Follow the candy man, Willy Wonka as he stages a contest by hiding golden tickets in five of his scrumptious candy bars. Whomever comes up with these tickets will win a free tour of the Wonka Factory, as well as a lifetime supply of candy. Four of the five winning children are insufferable brats, but the fifth is a likable young lad named Charlie, who takes the tour in the company of his equally amiable grandfather. The children must learn to follow Mr. Wonka's rules in the facotry - or suffer the consequences.
