Follow the escapades of the very feisty Edna and her friend Nora who meet in their twilight years at a Cape Breton Retirement Home and forge a deep friendship over carpet baggy, cocktails and a madcap scheme to escape the home! In a process that is at times hilarious and at times heartbreaking, these two fascinating women try to find the agency they feel they have lost in this new phase of life. This will be the world-premiere of this touching Canadian comedy-drama about aging with dignity.
