The Glenridge and Sarasota Opera is pleased to present members of the Sarasota Opera Studio Artist Program for an evening of arias, duets, and ensembles from some of the world's most beloved operas. Founded in 1984, the Sarasota Opera Studio Artists Program are emerging artists working to build their career in opera who serve the main stage productions by covering the principal roles and performing supporting roles. Studio Artists will return to Sarasota Opera as principal artists, in addition to going on to perform with La Scala, the Metropolitan Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, San Francisco Opera, and other international companies.
